Manzilat (b.1995) is a photographer based in Noida & Varanasi. She will be a graduate of Indian Institute of Photography, Noida and holds a BBA degree from Amity University, Lucknow campus.
As an artist since childhood she always felt that art needs no competition. It came naturally to her, like her heritage of narrow lanes and stories of shadowy days, clicks of rainbow rays and life in Banaras, the radiating haze. She was always into fine arts, since school. From soft boards to her sketchbooks her paintings and drawings came to life and they were captured through her lens of life. The little Manzilat Raza was considered Miss Creative in her childhood, she took it upon herself and finally became one. She pursued BBA but then she couldn’t refuse her inner call and joined IIP Academy to chase her dream of becoming a professional photographer.
With some uniqueness she discovered that there is a fascinating storyteller inside herself. She had stories, many stories to tell. So she started documenting them. She always try doing the best justice to her every work. She is a feminist and prefer documenting stories related to women issues. She is also a travel freak and always ready for adventure.

-Theme picture of 'Narrow Kingdom' got selected and exhibited in Ras se bana Banaras exhibition, held at India Habitat Center, New Delhi (2017).
-2nd Prize for 'Coloured Picture' contest for Ras se bana Banaras (2017).
-2nd Prize (Judges choice) for 'Street Photography' contest by Photofie (2017).
-Picture got featured in "Better Photography' magazine in June'17 issue.

She is now working on documenting few more subjects some are related to girls and women issues.
